Financial Planner | President
Thomas R. Ludwig, CPA
Tom Ludwig is co-founder and President of Stockbridge Private Wealth Management. He brings something rare to retirement planning: he has successfully made the transition himself. After 27 years as Treasurer and CFO of Brakebush Brothers, Inc., where he also served on the Board of Directors, Tom retired in 2014 on the strength of his own planning and investing. Today he helps a select group of clients navigate the same path.
Tom began his career as an auditor at Deloitte after serving in the United States Marine Corps, then held roles in financial analysis and international finance at Oscar Mayer in Madison, including work on multimillion-dollar joint ventures in Venezuela and Puerto Rico. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UW-Oshkosh and an MBA in finance from UW-Whitewater, and is a member of the WICPA and AICPA.
Tom and his wife Kathy, his high school sweetheart, split time between Wisconsin and their winter home in Florida. When he’s not traveling or golfing, his favorite role is grandfather to his granddaughter, Alex.
